1.Upon issuance of Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by the relevant
    authorities and after the contractor has formally handed over the unit to
    the developer, our solicitors will send a notice to take vacant possession
    (NVP letter) to your solicitor. The NVP letter will iist, amongst other details,
    the payments due on the purchase of your unit.

2. Once payments have been received and cheques cleared, please call
    Orchard Turn Developments (OTD) at Tel: 6838 6833 (Mondays to Fridays,
    9am to 6pm) to make an appointment to take over your unit. Kindly note
    that all handovers are strictly by appointment only.

3. Appointments are scheduled 3 days in advance, subject to availability
    of time slots and on a first-come-first-served basis.

4. Documents to bring along:
        (a) Owners’ identity cards or passports
        (b) A copy of the NVP letter
        (c) Vehicle registration card and IU number

5. Documents to bring along
    (if keys are to be collected by Owners’ Representatives):
        (a) Original letter of authorization
        (b) Representative’s identity card or passport
        (c) A copy of the NVP letter
        (d) Vehicle registration card and IU number

6. Our Customer Service Officers will meet you at the agreed point of       arrival to formally handover the unit to you/your representative.
